T25 TD40 Turbo worth using?

My friend is giving me a brand new T25 TD40 Turbo good for 20+psi, i think its a 56 or 57AF , Im building an engine for my TII rolling chassis so all this is new to me. i wanna know if its even usable and or worth my efforts. Im getting it for free but im not sure if it will bolt to the manifolds for a TII. any info from anyone that has used them or knows what they are talking about would be greatly appreciated.

If the maximum power you're expecting is about 200hp, then sure, go ahead and use it.

THE TURBO IS TOO SMALL.
Is that simple enough for you?

I saw a T25 the other day. Guy wants to put it on his 350Z, in a single turbo setup. I couldn't help laughing.

Hey RETed, how does the size of the TII turbo compare to the T25. It looks smaller.

It is smaller... For reference, a T25 is similar to the turbo used on a Daytona Shelby Z or a Chrysler LeBaron...

If the maximum power you want is 200 => Would imply that the turbo is definitly smaller. As the stock turbo has been known to make 230+...

In general...

T25 < T3 < T4

The stock Hitachi HT-18 is about the size of a larger T3 or a small T4.
