Anyone done this? It seems as though gearing would be nice especially since i have no LSD.

I swapped a 91T2 drivetrain into my 91NA. I put a torsen unit into the differential as well. You need:
--T2 diff and half shafts
--T2 drive shaft
--T2 tranny
--T2 flywheel
--T2 clutch and pressure plate
--T2 slave cylinder

I also put in T2 rear brakes because the rotors are vented. You don't have to do this though.

Also most people say you need to get a T2 speedo cable...but I fit my NA cable in and it works just fine. It marks the MPH as normal.

From: Rancho Cucamonga Ca,
I put an 88 t2 tranny and rear end into my vert and I used the N/A Clutch slave cylinder with no problem. Go figure?

I'm also doing this when I finish my engine build, I bought the car without a tranny, I need to buy one, might as well, get the turbo one. This is the first thread where I see a complete list of parts easily found. Good luck.
