T2 tranny to a n/a car.

I have a S5 with a blown tranny went n got a T2 tranny and what i am told is a mazdatrix drive shaft. looking to buy all the stuff i need to put it n my s5 n/a.I know i need to get a lot of t2 stuff. planing on doing the sawp next satday need some info on how to do a tranny and rear end sawp never have done 1 befor.

Do a search, read the rules, read the FAQ, it's been covered many, many, many times before. You need to use the TII flywheel and clutch, the slave and hose is different, as is the transmission mount.

Do yourself a favour and replace all the seals while you've got it out, and get a new clutch.

you need the following parts from a t2

clutch slave
flywheel
press plate
clutch
starter

and a driveshaft that would mate it to the na rear end... they have one for around 200ish on mazdatrix

or run an auto na driveshaft and have them lengthen it about 3/4 of an inch

or just run it the na auto shaft as is because 95% of the FC owners live below the poverty line.
