t2 swap wont start
I am having problems getting a 90 na > t2 swap to start
the engine is from a t2 and it worked flawlessly until the motor was pulled.
the harness in the 90 is the same harness that had been in the car. The ECU was replaced with a N370, along with the pressure sensor and AFM.
The motor has fuel, and under cranking, there would be puff of white smoke from both tailpipes. however, it doesnt catch.
the motor is receiving sparks, because when i take the spark plug wires off, i can see arcing from both the plugs on the leading coil. the tach would also bounce.
the CAS was not touched since the engine removal from the old vechile.
the fuel pump have been replaced with a walbro and supplies fuel pressure to all the fuel rails. i could also hear sounds when the key is turned to off after being on on.
i have tried pull starting the car with the key in the on position and the moment i step on the clutch, it drops back to 0 rpm.
emissions have been removed and everything is capped off
EGI fuse and engine fuse in interior are in place and have been replaced with new fuses.
there is one problem that also surfaced after/during the swap. the head lights would not go on, FTP would not work, head lights would not go up, nor would the flip up work. however, the defroster would still work. the radio also stopped working.
any ideas?

another thing i realize is if i put in the interior fuse (the 7.5a) located in the middle of the top row of fuses, it would go, beep beep, pause, beep beep, pause... repeat indefinately.
it would only do it when the key is on the on position, regardless if the door is open or close. the mirrors also stopped working along with the map lights near the rear view mirror.
