t2 swap smog question

is there anyway to smog my NA with a T2 engine Legally if my engine was stock??

I put a turboii in a 87 na and have no problems passing emissions. You NEED to have the catalytic converter, ACV and airpump working with the relief and switching solenoids. Works just the same as on a turbo car.
