Question T2 harness, engine and other stuff questions

At first, i would like to let u guys know what i have and what is my goal.

I have TII with NA motor. No, its not NA with TII hood, its TII with NA motor, wiring harness and ECU. I don`t know if its possible to have car running with half NA and half TII harness, i think that no, some friends think that i have harness in car from TII and only harness to motor was changed to NA when someone was putting NA motor and ECU in car.

Now i have wrecked TII from which i`m gonna use harness, ECU and motor. T2 transmission is still in my car, somehow bolted to NA motor. Yesterday and today i pulled all stuff from that wrecked TII and i`m looking at that harness. There are 2 connectors from ECU going to engine bay to motor (solenoids, injectors) thru firewall on passenger side. I know that i for sure need those two.
But if friends are right, i shouldn`t need swap that part of harness which is going under dash and to drivers side. (its in car harness, lights and other stuff, but its wires from 3rd connector from ECU as well...) So i don`t know. Thats my first question. If i could change just that part of harness or if i have to mess with all ****...its big difference to change just this short wire or whole crap (all wires in car). For example i found that i have same ignitors in both cars etc....

2nd question is about pressure sensor to which goes vacuum line from ACV. Its N344 on wrecked TII and N326 or so on my black car. I broke that inlet for vacuum line on that N344 one and i need to know if i could just use my old one N326.

3rd question is what i could / should remove when i`m removing air pump and catalic convertor ? Is it ACV ? when i`ll remove it and make some blockoff plate for it, there will be no vacuum line going to that pressure sensor. What i should do with that sensor then?

There is picture from yesterday, today is motor out.

Thanks for any answers, but i would love to get some helpful answers ;o))

when removing ACV, should i remove BAC as well ? what are cons/pros of this ?

And once i have engine out and intake manifold removed, should i do TB mod ? Any info about it ?

Thanks

im running half TII wiring harness and half NA harness.. but no, they are not compatible.. the plugs are different on just about everything, mine required some major rewiring..

use the TII harness that runs to the engine bay and ecu.. and u may already have the correct size plug for the TII ecu under ur dash.. in which case u wont need to rewire anything! but if you dont have the correct plug for the new ecu, then find the correct plug and rewire the old plug to fit that..

doing it that way will be a hell of a lot easier than replacing the harness that runs under the dash, as there are many other plugs which will differ in size under there.. (ie. door harness plugs, sunroof harness plugs, and the plugs which connect to the rear harnesses..)

i checked connectors and they are same in my black car and red TII....so i don`t need to rewiring prolly....i`m about to belive that i`ll change just that wire which goes to engine bay from passenger side and left everything else as it is.

But what about other stuff ? BAC, ACV removal ? TB mod ?

thanks

I did TB mod today (i used howto on www.k2rd.com) and now i need to know what else i should do ? Remove ACV (yes), BAC (?), EGR (?) and how re-do vacuum lines with this stuff removed ?

what about this ?

"<^bdc> With those two removed (ACV and EGR) , you can remove the underlying vacuum spyder as well as three solenoids (all but the green and orange ones)"

And i found my other problem today, i have broken clutch pilot bearings so i need to get another one and remove clutch to put new one in it...damn ;(

I`m waiting for clutch pilot bearings right now, but still i would like to get answers for my questions ;p

What u guys would suggest like settings for Apex'I S-AFC and S-ITC ?
Anyone has first generation S-AFC (no LCD) in 87-88 TII ? I need to know how to wire it. And same info i need for S-ITC.

Thanks
