Ok so i have a friend who has a s4 that i put a s5 motor an harness in. I had it running for a while an then we took it to a show an the guy who had it just screwed us over. He was suppost to put a newer harness in, cause the one in it was hacked an get it to run. he had the car for over a year an just laid the harness nothing else. When i got the car back after my friend being fed up with his crap. The harness was outa a vert an nothin worked tail lights brake lights nothing from the fusebox back.. not even the ignition worked.

So i went over all of the old harness the one when we had the car running fixed the hacked stuff. Put it back in an got the ignition to work the motor to turn over n start but runs like crap almost everything. Now i cant get the t2 coil to spark both leading have spark an the t1 has spark but not the t2. Before we took the car to this dude it ran fine both sparked...but kept defalting into safemode after about 4 good shifts.. ive looked at the wiring to find out what was going on an were the trailing coil went. It takes me to the ecu is there anything in between there that would cause this. I know there the main box right by the coil an stuff... can anyone help...
