ok, i have an 87 turbo2. full racing beat exhaust. the boost does creep a bit but i have an rtek 1.5 with built in fuel cut defender. when accelerating to 5-6k it stops goin all together and just bounces around there like there is a rev limiter. i have not checked my injectors but that is my next step. is there anything else this could be? i have removed all emissions as well and everything has a good seal.

there is no buzzing, so im not sure about the rev limiter idea but i have revved it to red before without hearing the buzzer so not a clue. any possibilioty that the rev limiter is messed up and set to 6 or something?

 

could a bad injector be the true cause? out of 4 7's never had a leaky one so not sure of the symptoms
