is there anyone currently on the market with a conversion kit, or did any of the rx's (second gen) come with T-tops, or a like car, if not is there any way to do/has anyone tried or succeeded?

 

Structurally it would be a bad move for a FC coupe to be made into a t top (not to mention the doors and all the other problems).

If you want something like that, buy a vert and keep the back top up, and the targa section out.

 

The FC convertible is also a targa.
