I just wanted to THANK-YOU all for responding to my posts about my NEW RX7. To bring you back up to date on what I have

89 RX7 Vert
Automatic Transmission
8mm Racing Beat Plug Wires
I believe that the rest of the car is stock, other than the rims and possibly some springs.

Here is situation, and I need your input.
When I received all your inout before, it was great, but I see that things can become VERY expensive.

I have 1000.00 dollars to spend and am looking to Maximimize HP ans speed...What are the "upgrades" that I can do and what kind of HP increases will I receive with each upgrade.

The easist mod that you can do it put a full exhaust on the car header, presilencer, and cat back. Or since you have an auto you can swap it out for a 5 speed, i did this =, it is like driving a totally differnet car, and alot more fun to drive

ive done the exhuast and will be doing the tranny swap this winter

 

the best hp gain out of an n/a is full exhaust, the racing beat header/presilencer catback and a full intake. if you want to make good power you need to do a tranny swap to 5spd

 

not to mention the 3.90 gears in the rear end need to be swapped out, otherwise u got monsterous top speed but no go
