Every wire coming from the dimmer relay has voltage with the headlight switch on.

That random handful of wires that arent connected to anything has to be my solution. Its the only thing I can see that is absolutely butchered. I cleaned it up a little and extended the green wire in that cluster to be as long as the rest. All I need now is to see where it connects to.

The Dimmer Relay in a normal sense only would allow voltage on either the R/B wire or the R/W wire and not both at the same time so you obviously have something wrong there.

There is no R/B Wire There is 2 R/G wires. Unless what im looking at really isnt the dimmer relay.

The Black and Black/Blue Wires I found are capable of powering a headlamp but I feel as though they may have belonged to something else...

Dimmer Relay has 5 wires (Headlight Relay only has 4 wires). What are the wire colors of yours?

Black/Blue wire is not part of the headlight wiring.

In post #28 you state there isn't a R/B wire and then in your last post you state there is?

B=Black and L=Blue. So, the same still goes as either the R/B or the R/W wire at the Dimmer Relay will have 12 volts w/the switch turned to on.

I've been working in the dark trying to fix this simply because I have to work during daylight so im not entirely sure everything im doing is accurate. I went back and checked for voltage in the dimmer wires and I dont think theres any power in either R/B or R/W. Starting to think the harness is shorted or chopped somewhere or something so I'm thinking about just swapping the whole harness out for another used one my friend has.

Are you certain the R/G wires have power at the Dimmer Relay w/the switch turned to on? Previously, you stated all the wires at this relay had voltage w/the switch turned to on. Strange. If the R/G wires have voltage placed on them then either the R/B wire or the R/W wire should have voltage for that's how it's supposed to work. You can jump voltage to the R/G wires and the R/B wire should have 12 volts.

So if I jump power straight from the positive terminal on the battery to either r/g wire I should have 12V at the R/B wire?

You would have to choose one of the R/G wires to jumper voltage from the battery to see if there is voltage on the R/B wire. If not then select the other R/G wire to supply voltage to and see if the voltage shows up on the R/B wire.

Okay so, I jumped power to both R/G wires and both produced power on the white and r/b wires which caused the lights to come on. So does this mean the red/green wire is cut somewhere?

Both R/B and W wires read 12 volts.

Also not sure if Unrelated or not but the EGI Comp fuse is blown But the car runs???? If im not mistaken thats fuel management...

Just Did the same with the 2 Red wires from the headlight relay which caused the detractor relay to click. I believe that is supposed to happen I guess simply because when you turn the lights on the headlights are supposed to lift. The lights came on this time only if the headlight switch was turned on.

Starting to believe the problem exists somewhere between the fuse and the battery.

Both Red wires at the Headlight Relay should have constant power as they are powered by the Head fuse. This was stated early on (post #13). If they don't have constant power (switch does not need to be turned on) then the Head fuse is blown or the wire connecte to it is loose.

Okay Breakthrough.... Fixed my headlights... Turns out all I had to do was move the fuse to the empty slot in the fuse box because the person that owned the car before me though it would be a cool trick to switch spots in the fuse box..... (Found this out by accident)

And now for the headlight motors which I believe need to be replaced. Thank you for your help Satch. Even though it was the dumbest thing ever I learned a lot throughout this whole endeavor...

it happens quite often when someone works on these cars and dick around with things. if it were me i would have moved the wire back to the correct position to avoid future confusion.
