sway bar diamiters

sway bar diamiters

anyone know if the sway bars in the GTU-s are thicker than a base model?

All S5's came with a 24mm front bar. The sport suspension package came with 14mm rear bar, while the base package came with a 12mm bar.

so would a s4 base front bar be smaller than a s5 GTUs front?

I think the base front bar is either 22-23mm. I know this for a fact as the MazTrix,
poly sway bar bushings (24mm-14mm) were too big on my base sway bars.
Before my suspension "make-over", she rolled and plowed like a tuna boat in
heavy seas...
