swapping a swap

currently my car is a 90 gxl with a 91 TII

i will be swapping the engine/trans into an 87 gxl that has an automatic trans

basically all i need to know is about the trans swap. will i need to do some fabrication when i put the manual trans in?

as for electrical, i'm thinking about swapping all that over as well. is it worth the time or should i just leave it?

thanks!

uh... Why?

Assuming the turbo stuff is similar to the NA stuff:
Get some really stiff angle steel or something similar.. You're going to have to take the angle steel and "extend" the mounting holes forwards.

See picture [sorry the rear bolts are pretty hard to see]

there's a few reasons;
-87 has a clean title
-less body damage on the 87
-90 has a cracked windshield
-90 has large amounts of rust on the floor boards and some on the frame.
