Hi guys, I'm trying to figure out whether I can use my US wiring harness and ECU with my Jspec motor. Both are S5's and turbo II's. I noticed the wiring harnesses look fairly different and I'd just use the Jspec one but they company I bought from just cut it when they removed the engine.

This is my first engine swap so I'm a bit of a noob but I've got a friend helping me all along the way who's done lots of Honda and Toyota swaps. We were hoping it would be as simple as to splice all the wires on each of the harnesses together... but it doesn't seem that way :S Any help would be much appreciated. And yes I have searched but only come up with topics on swapping s4's to s5's etc..

 

Yes, just use your US spec Turbo harness on the Jspec
