Swapping in JDM block- what parts needed?

I just picked up a 90 T2. The car was sitting for years, and the motor is seized. I have a jdm S5 long block im going to swap in. Being in Cali i have to make smog so i can reg the car, so i will be swapping the uim over from the US block when i do the transplant. can anyone advise what parts i will be needing?

I am ordering the gaskets for the upper and lower intake manifolds from local dealer. will that be sufficient or am i missing other pieces?

Also, the stock radiator in there is kind of beat up. I have a koyo aluminum rad for a s4. will that be ok to use? Im not using the fac airbox because the car came with a cone filter.

All you need to swap over is the UIM and ACV.
