Swapping diff during turbo swap, worth it?

Is it worth the trouble to swap the diff? Is the diff actually stronger in the t2's? Or just a different ratio?

The entire drivetrain is different between NA and turbo. Right from the driveshaft back.

You could keep the NA diff, etc, by having a custom driveshaft fabbed, but why would you want to? The turbo drivetrain is the stronger package.

The turbo diff is also L.S.D. When I went to the turbo drive train, I found that the L.S.D. helps alot. Hope that helps out

What model N/A are you swapping it into, and how much HP are you looking to have?? The N/A driveline should be able to handle slightly over 250HP no problem, anything more than that and you are going to strain it. If you dont have a LSD now, yes Id say it would be worth it, youd probably want to swap the entire driveline(tranny, driveshaft, rear end, 1/2shafts..)
