swap question... S4 TII + S5 N/A automatic = fun?!

haha so i just picked up a 91 n/a auto with 60k on a damn near perfect chassis ( aside from the paint and wing)
i also have an 87 TII parts car and a s4 TII motor, what do you think the best route to go would be?
i'm thinking taking the 91 chassis and completely swaping on the S4 TII drivetrain (cross members, brakes, EVERYTHING...) and then wiring in a S4 TII motor, or should i just swap over the S4 TII wiring as well and basically just run all the S4 TII stuff in a 91 N/A auto chassis...
any insight would be awesome!
here are some pics just for kicks

so i know i need to swap over the full rear end (diff, axles, subframe etc) i also know i need to swap over the driveshaft, and tranny. my first question is, are the brakes different? i'm pretty sure they are but i've read varying views on the forums.
my other question is, will the TII tranny just bolt right in or do i need to swap the front subframe?

okay so found out the 91 has the standard package on it which means 10.9in ventilated rotors in the front and 10.3in solid rotors in the rear.
i know the turbo has four pots in the front instead of 2's, but shares the same size rotors. can i just swap over the calipers and brackets?
I know i need to completely swap the rears ( calipers and rotors), do i need to swap hubs too? how about on the front?

Everything you're asking is covered in numerous threads. 5 speed swaps, 4-pot brake swaps and turbo swaps are all common and well documented. You don't need to do anything with subframes, the hubs (at least) will be needed to mount 4-pot calipers on a car that had single piston fronts, and I don't think anyone makes a custom crossmember to mount a 5 speed in an auto chassis.
