Cutting springs should ONLY be done, if you know what you are doing. You can really mess up your springs, spring rate if you don't. You can get the racing beat kit, that replaces the front stut tower top...I believe it lowers your car 3/4 of an inch, which is probably WAY to much to the rake out. Wait, is your rake making the the front higher, or rear? You can get a coilover kit from GC for $340, that will give you FULL adjustability of ride height at all 4 corners. Plus you will be able to specify spring rates so your suspension setup will be more finely tuned to what you want. If you don't know what springs rates you want, you can call Ground-control and tell them what you want your car to be used for and they will give you recommended spring rates. Or you could just ask over in the wheels and tires forum, and we'd be able to help you on that. Ground Controls site, is www.ground-control.com

1.75" isn't too low at all. My car is almost 2" lowered with the GC kit, and it's GREAT for auto-x and backroads driving.

the back is about 1 inch higher than the front.. i hate it... i just bought 2000$ racing koni yellow struts and i am not going to replace them... if i wa to get the ground control springs to adjust the ride height would i have to replace my struts?

Nope...they are just a threaded collar and spring perch that fits OVER the body of the Koni's. ALTHOUGH, make sure you tell GC that you have Koni Yellows, cause they have a special adapter thingy that you need for the yellows. Its just a black spacer thingy that fits on the inside of the threaded collar. I atually installed GC coilovers on a friends Integra with Koni Yellows. Fairly painless job. I've also installed the GC coilover kit on my RX-7 which was even easier.
