i have heard the intrax springs are super soft and arent recommended because they take away from the experience. but they do lower the car a lot, i think its like 1.75 inchs.

Go with Eibach, the smoothest in my opinion (I have been around a few different spring sets).

I have apex they are pretty damn stiff I had to replace my stock struts cause the APEX springs killed them. they drop enough and allow you to still feel the road they are stiff as hell.

You can order custom spring rates from just about anyone. If you're not replacing the shocks, then be careful, they stock ones can only take so much. (I don't know any specific numbers)

RS*R Down springs are the stiffest I have heard about. Do a search from them to find the exact rates as I cannot remember them right now.

Suspension g's

I have some GREX springs that I had on my car for about 30 miles before I went to Ground Controls, they were stiff as hell!!!! They didn't lower the car any but for performance they were killer. I still have them.

is there a reason you want the stiffest (or really stiff) springs??? Are you jumping the car??? Too stiff will just result in a major loss of road traction over even the mildest rough roads.

well, no.
to tell you the truth, i just figured they would be the best.
i just want something that will do me well for street racing and some drift. nothing serious though, its just lately my shocks seem so soft, whenever i race it seems like i am prolly loosing some time, since the weight transfer seems so durastic.
is there some springs/shocks you can recomend for me icemark?
its a s4 na
cheers

If your struts feel soft you will def be better off replacing those instead of the your springs. Springs will help a little but struts make a much bigger difference. Mine were hosed and I bought a set of tokikos(blue non adjustable but cheap) that are very stiff. Go to corksport.com the rears wee only like 70 apiece and the frons 120 I think. You could get koni adjustable or tokiko adjustables that are nice too. I just didnt want to pay extra as MOST people just adjust them to the setting they like and never touch them again.
