Question Suspension bushings install

I've read that replacing the sway bar bushings is a real bear. Have any of you done this? I am planning on getting a set of bushings from suspension.com. Is this a job I can do myself? Do I use Hayes manual or FSM?

Yes, you should be able to deal with this. No special tools required, but penetrating oil is a major plus.

Either manual is fine.
