^very true. i guess to word my question better. is this kit a full bushing kit to replace all/most of the suspension bushings in the front and rear, and if not then what would be the remaining bushing i would need to purchase

stock bushings or stiffer? i would get stock replacements if you dont like your car feeling like its gunna crap its self every bump. Or u can get mazdaspeed bushings for some of them i believe they are a litter stiffer then stock. I may try them out

yes they are stiffer then stock but im sure brand new stock are stiffer then 20 year old stock. and what prof do you have to show that the energy suspension bushing will make the ride harsh or "feeling like its gunna crap its self every bump"? also the energy suspension kit is much easier to find and purchase then a full mazdaspeed kit. if you know of a place that i can purchase a full mazdaspeed bushing kit please provide a link. thanks

Well actually i have heard that the energy bushings were not that harsh. I was thinking about trying them out as well. But if i can spot down all the oem and mazdaspeed bushings i will go that route. I have not really looked into it yet as i really only need to replace my front control arm bushings the car only has 60k.

ok so now im looking for the remaining bushings i need for a complete kit. i found the mazdaspeed bushings for the differential from corksport. where can i find the bushings for the rear subframe? thanks

all bushings are not made equal. there are differences between OEM rubber vs hard rubber vs polyurethane vs spherical.

energy suspension bushings will require periodic lubrication. and yes the bushing itself is substantially harder than stock. whether that translates into a much noisier and harsher ride depends on the car and the suspension, and on the owner.
properly maintained it should be a bit firmer and a bit noisier. however, if the owner fails to properly lubricate the bushing, it will generate additional stiction forces in the suspension which will invariably cause your suspension to be less effective, translating into a harsher ride, in addition to weird creaking / squeaking noises. this is where poly gets most of its bad reputation.
typically, polyurethane is best used in instances where there is no movement at the bushing (i.e. a subframe or differential bushing). it's okay to use when you have up and down pivot; it just needs to be lubed properly. it's bad to use when suspension piece in question requires any kind of substantial twisting motion.

^ok on that note it would be best to get the poly bushings in the rear subframe and get a bushing that doesnt have to be lubed in the moving suspensions parts. what would be another alternative to the energy suspension bushing?
