Suspension and Brake Question

I have 2 sounds coming from my car that I need to figure out and I need some suggestions on what it could be.

First sound comes as I steer, it doesn't come all the time, it seems it comes at one certain speed and steering angle and it's a high pitched squeek that keeps coming as long as I maintain that certain steering angle and speed. It's not THAT loud, but just loud enough for me to hear in my car as I'm driving with my windows down at a low speed (10-15MPH).

The second sound comes as I brake. When I brake, sometimes as I'm braking, I hear a very deep squeek, which sounds like it's coming from the back. It's like that squeek that comes from those big trucks as they slow down, almost the exact same sound coming from my car.

I'm going to get my car's suspension and braking completely and thoroughly checked at some shop soon and have it fixed. I'm not too family with suspension and braking systems, I am familiar with them, but not TOO familiar, so help would be appreciated. I'm sure I can learn it quick as I did everything else. I really want to know what these sounds are and how I can fix them.

Thanks in advance.

For the brake noise it's probably worn pads or rusted/missing brake hardware. Most pads have little metal bits on them to make noise when the pads almost dead. If you're missing the backing plates for the pads, or other parts like the little side clips or the springs that could also contribute to the noise. Some pads are just noisy too, mostly race pads though, almost all street pads are silent, or nearly so.

For the steering noise, I'd suggest that it might be belt squeal, but probably nto judging from the description. How's the belt? If it's too loose then tighten it and see if the problem goes away. It's more likely to be a problem with the pump itself I think, like maybe a worn out bearing causing rubbing. Another thing that came to mind is tire squeal, you sure it's not that (as in are you turning very aggressively when it does it)?

2nd noise: Brake squeeling. Probably nothing to worry about, ignore it if you want. To fix: Remove brake pads. Apply anti-squeal grease to back sides of brake pads. Re-insert brake pads. EDIT: could also be a missing clip or other minor brake hardware, like the last guy said.
1st noise: Probably also nothing to worry about.

Check your brake pads just in case. Make sure you have at least 1/8" of material left on all 4 wheels. I'd have both sounds examined in a shop just in case and for peace of mind. If you play with it yourself or ask someone here, you could be guessing all day because the problem might be nothing.
