Suspension and Body questions...

Hey guys. I'm workin on getting my Rx-7 Vert back to its prime. I recently did a complete N/A to TII Drive train conversion. My trans took a **** so i decided to upgrade. But have found some other issues i want to address on my car. As it is my daily driver, it worries me and i may have to retire it for a while.

My suspension has horibble alignment, what would be the best choice to correct my rear camber issues? I also have Caster issues? I did once introduce the car to a curb, but since then i have replaced both rear control arms and trailing arms to be safe but the camber on the left rear is about 2 degrees negative and the right rear has positive camber, im not sure by how much. My front caster is off on both sides and i want to correct it as it is much easier to turn right than it is left and it bugs me. The car is on the original shocks, struts and springs (187k), and i do plan on getting new shocks and struts and springs from Racing Beat, but unfortunately I don not have the money for it now. The rear has also been fitted with all new polyurethane bushings when the controls arms were replaced.

Both seats on the car are a concern to me as well. I have rust on the bottom of my car on the inside, and a little on the undercarriage but that isn't as big a concern as my seats. My driver seat is basically loose, the mounts rusted out, not the bolts, but the actual spot where the seat attaches to the car on the driver side, the passenger is not as bad but it does has a bit of rust. What can I do to fix this, my driver seat is held on by one bolt and i guarantee it will go out soon...

My biggest concern are the seats as the passengers are at risk with a loose/poorly mounted seat. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated. I can upload pics if needed to show the damage and/or alignment issues.
