Surging at idle

I noticed the other day that after driving my car to my friend's house, I put it in neutral, and was waiting and my idle was surging. it would get down to just barely below 1K and surge up to about 1.5K and then drop back down, of course without my foot on the gas. It would keep doing that too. and a couple of hours later, when I got back home, I sat in the drive way and let it idle, and it was still doing it.. So, yesterday, I looked out for it when I went to work, and it didn't repeat. I didn't have any surging at all yesterday. Is surging the sign of any problems? Or maybe is it my new motor? Any help would be appreciated.

Is this happening with your a/c on. Mine did the same thing because my BAC valve was toast. I can tell/show you how to check it. PM me if you want.

Also, check out or web site. http://www.theelite7.********/

I just put in my new engine, 13B N/A and my idle does the same... it was first like 1100 to 1500, Then I lowered the overall idle, and now it goes between 500 - 900 RPM.. Doesn't bother me too much, but if anyone knows the problem let me know..

BTW I don't even have an AC compressor in my car or no BAC either..
