Question Surge tank placement

Gidday,
Anyone here running a surge tank (or swirl pot) on their cars? I have a bit of problem with fuel surge when accelerating hard and was thinking, instead of replacing my standard fuel pump, I'll just run a surge tank and the bosch high volume external pump that i already have, and kill two birds with one stone If anyone does have one, where did you mount it? I haven't had a good look underneath, but i thought i'd ask first anyway.
Thanks.
Mat.

What are your symptoms for "fuel surge"?
Are your injectors clean?

I've seen them mounted near the fuel pump access hole. Bolted down there with an external pump laying next to it. Steel braided hose all around. Looks neat!

This thread may get better results in the single turbo section since most of the 2nd Gen guys here don't know what the hell a "surge tank" is.
