Does anybody know of the supercharger kits for an 87 NA, and of the estimated horsepower they give???

Do a little searching and you'll find some great threads.

Currently Atkins is the only people making one.
Except you have to switch to Carb.
I think it was laying down somewhere around 200HP at the wheels too I think.

There is a rare kit out there some people have where it used a Paxton and stayed FI.
Although that one was under developed and was known to over rev the SC.
That one required upgraded secondary injectors and did about 210 at the wheels.

The Paxton is what I wanted but no one makes it so there would be fabrication involved. That would be the easiest but there is no such thing as easy with an RX7 and hooking up a super charger now.

I've been reading up on both the paxton and the Atkins..

I'd go with the atkins since I haven't heard/read anything bad about it (yet)

Atkins seams to already have a FI TB for the 7" which fits onto the 7" SC so you don't have to sacrifice the Fuel injection, however you will have to sacrifice a little $$ price for the FI TB is here http://www.atkinsrotary.com/fuelinj.htm

i'm hoping that's for both the SC and TB

gonna have to call, if anyone knows PM me

Thanks

I was thinking a nice centripidal with a 4 psi pulley sitting where the air pump is now.. with constant positive pressure you don't need the 5/6 actualtors to induce intake velocity.. if you have an electric fan then thier is more then enought room to mount it properly and run IC piping..
