super afc good for 2nd and 3rd gens?

super afc good for 2nd and 3rd gens?
on thepartstrader.com, a person is selling their super afc from their 3rd gen rx7? is there a difference between 3rd and 2nd? If I bought it for my 89 tII, would it work?

Yea, it's universal so it'll work. Try and get all the manuals with it. If you can't you can go here http://www.apexi-usa.com/electronics_safc.asp and download it off their website.
