Sunroof & Wipers *do not work* ONLY when engine is running...?
I don't know much about the FC electrical system, or even how something like this would happen--but basically my front and rear-wipers and sunroof work perfectly when the key is in the ON position. As soon as I crank the engine, the wipers stop "mid-wipe" and the sunroof won't budge... Neither work while the engine is running--it's like the switches are dead. Everything else works surrounding these switches. The blinkers, headlight retractors, headlights, rear-defrost, heater-controls and the map lights up by the rear-view mirror all work perfectly... It's only the wipers and sunroof. WTF?
As soon as I turn the engine OFF, the wipers will start wiping again like they're posessed, and I can shut the sunroof.
Anyone have any tips?

Found this from the 3rd thread down in "similar threads" (see below the page)....
I'll try wiggling the ignition when the car is running and see if anything works. 
Oh, one other thing--the ABS idiot-light is on all the time while the engine is running, and apparently that shares a fuse with the sunroof. Ahhh, it's all coming together... The joy of FC's.
Yes, they are on the same circuit, at least on my 89 GXL. I finally just got my worn out ignition switch replaced. When the second circuit in the switch did not catch on the worn out ignition the sun roof would not work, neither the wipers nor the air. I would give the key a little back and forth jiggle and these systems would come back from the dead like nothing happened.

Alright, problem "solved". I turned my wipers ON and left them wiping... Started the engine and they stopped wiping... Then with my hand still on the ignition-key, I simply wiggled it and SURE ENOUGH, the wipers started wiping. I reached up and my sunroof opened.
After getting them to work, I tried to wiggle the ignition-key to make them NOT work (to see if it was sensitive) and they stayed working the entire time.
