When I go to open my sunroof, only the right side tries to open. It only raises up, then the left side keeps it from moving any further. When I hit the button to close it, it closes, and then makes an awful clicking noise. Anything in there to clean or that commonly goes bad?

Its the wire on one side. Its broken or stuck.
