Question Sunroof grease?

My runroof is kinda slow. Sometimes it sticks on its way up. The tracks look pretty dirty and the old grease is kinda clumpy. I want to clean it out and re-grease it. What kind of grease should I use?

I personally used a lithium based lubricant. Seems to have worked just fine. Wether or not thats what Mazda calls for, is beyond me.

White lithium.

I cleaned and re-lubed mine but I still can't get it to pop up without assistance. I think it's the outer seal that's sticking.

get the white lithium grease in the spray can. it at autozone pretty cheap and is really dam effective. but first use some wd-40 and clean out your tracts. then spray the grease all over.
