Sunroof assembly problem

Yesterday i removed my sunroof assembly and took it apart to clean it because it was getting stuck. Now as i'm trying to put it back together i'm having a problem putting the slider and the lifter in correctly so that it'll work. Any tips on how to do this?

Can you please also note if the whole assembly must come out in order to take out the slider?
