Sunrise Red CC?

i have begun repainting my side mirror, just done the priming. Now i am wondering if the factory sunrise red pain finish had a clear coat on it?

Anyone know.

yes... atleast my rx7 did when i bought it from the 2nd owner who said it was the original paint on the car.
