Subframe drop for new diff mount

whats the proper procedure for dropping the front end of the subframe a few inches to replace the diff mount? where should the jackstands go?

i precisely placed the jackstands on the pinchrails near the rear of the car right before the wheelwell The pumpkin is my normal jacking point...

what if my pinchrails are a little too rusty to be putting jackstands on. any alternative places?

ok. with the two forward bolts out do I need to have a jack under the subframe at all times or can the rear ones support it.

is there anything else that needs to be removed to drop it a bit?

the two rear diff mounts will hold the diff in place...
