sub-zero start assist removal

When removing the sub-zero start assist I noticed that behind the valve on the LIM there is a little passage im assuming for gas? Do I need a block off plate for this? I would assume it would cause a realtivly significant intake leak but if never seen a block off plate for it. Do people normally just leave the valve on and cap the vac lines?

That valve is for the fluid(coolant) in the resovoir thats located in the passenger side firewall. Yes, you need to block the holes off once the valve is removed, it will cause a significant vac leak.
