Stupid question on the mas

I was wondering how you could remove the mas without having a full race engin ie. no air pump or ac

The airflow meter is totally unrelated to the air pump and A/C, it doesn't matter if they're there or not. It also takes bit more than removing these to make a race engine...
As the AFM is the ECU's primary load sensor, the only way to remove it is to replace the stock ECU with an aftermarket programmable ECU, like a Haltech, Wolf, MoTec, etc.
