engine is an s5 if it matters much.
i looked about 3 weeks ago and im fed up with it now, some one please clue me in

Remove it.
Spray carb cleaner in the diaphram while taking a 12V source and clicking the solinoid on and off. Just remove and apply the power. The polairty does not mater on the BAC.
Let it dry and reinstall. If the gasket is shot make another one from gasket maker at an autoparts store or you could rtv it.
