Whats a hybrid turbo

 

Rebuilt with better flow and higher power capacity, basically.

that wouldn't make it "hybrid" by definition.

a t3/t4 is an example of a hybrid.

 

so they take your stock turbo and replace parts on it from a t04b or whatever, then you can just bolt it back on to your stock Turbo manifold?
