did u have the split air pipe on? Put back the air pump too. It's supposed to blow ait in the main cat.
You won't pass without it.

Hm. You've been running without an airpump & split air pipe? I'm betting your cat is probably toasted. There was someone a while back that failed emissions horribly, put on a new cat of some variety, and passed with flying colors.

how long would it take for the cat to toast?
I've been running my magnaflow cat for a lil less than a week until I found a split air pipe.

not too sure of the answer but ... car produces a crap load of heat so im guessing if you drove like less than 5min a day during the week it should be fine :P but i dunno just get a cheap cat replacement and hook up the airpump :P
