Stuffing a Flex-a-lite 180 Black Magic x-treme E-FAN!!

flow over 3000+ cfm rated at 2450cfm at 13.5v. The only thing you really need is to cut about 2 1/2 inch off the top corner for the top radiator hose and another cut off about 2 3/4 inch on the bottom of the shroud for the lower radiator hose.
Great cheap upgrade i found a complete kit with thermo box wires etc. for 130 on craigslist =D.

Ill post more pictures of the brackets how to bolt it up.

you need to seal the ares you cut to the radiator so its sucking air only through the radiator, and not recirculating through the breaks in the seal. If you seal that thing to your rad, you'll see even better cooling temps. Otherwise great jobe, its about time someone posted pics of this mod.

That fan fits the stock or regular Koyo fine except for the notch you have to make in it. It doesn't fit the N-Flow Koyo very well though without modifying the entire shroud...nice fan though, moves a lot of air and is plenty quiet, too...
