do you mean the conecting rod? if yes, its probably rusted,so you need to take the lim out, cut the rod and hammer the crap out of it till comes out .of course, you will need another one.

if you mean the actuator itself , just buy a used one in working condition from someone in the forum. dont waste your time trying to fix it.

Funny thing, mine both started moving immediately after I removed the manifold...

Also, you should try to move the actuators with the vacuum hoses taken off... sometimes the pressure will make them seem like they don't want to move.

If they suddenly moved once you removed the LIM, the the aux port sleeves (the things in the motor) were stuck. You will need to remove them and clean them up to get them working properly. From my experience, if one of the three things (rod, actuator, or sleeve) stick then one or both of the other two tend to stick over time since they aren't moving.

Actually they weren't stuck at all... I had already cleaned them when I took the motor apart (they were original black, they turned back to silver with a little polishing).

When I pulled them apart last time, they were still clean, and were completely lubed up from the OMP and stuff. Which confused the crap out of me... but now I'm pretty sure they move (although I haven't confirmed they're actually working, because that's a bit harder...).
