stubborn counterweight!!!

I'm in the middle of a teardown on a s5 n/a motor, and I cant get the counterweight off, its the one on the back of the engine. I already got the 54mm nut off, but the weight itself will not pull off of the shaft.

HELP

Isn't there 6 bolts that secure the counterweight to the flex plate?
After that, the counterweight is taper fit to the e-shaft rear.  You're either going to have to use a puller or bang on it to make it pop out.

actually I used the opened ended side of a 64 mm wrench behind the counterweight and used a 3 pound mini sledge to hammer it off.make the closed end face to the rear of the engine(prying effect)and hammer it towards the front of the engine.that is one of the best ways of getting it off.using a puller usually ends up in broken bolts.
