Stripped seat bolt
Passenger seat rear inside seat bolt had been stripping out. I replace it with a new bolt and it strips out again. I think what i need to do is rethread it in the floor but it's obviously a little wore out. Is there anything i can put in there like say J B Weld and then rethread it? I don't wanna fill the hole up, just coat the outside of it to fill in the threads. I have no idea if J B Weld is strong enough to thread. Any ideas would be appreciated.

You need to re-tap the hole and use a bigger bolt...First, though, I'd look underneeth the car and see how big the sopt is and make sure a slightly bigger hole will still be safe.
I would not reconend JBWeld for this application.

Once had to have a plate welded in the floor of his Mustang because the whole floor broke in half! Remembers feeling like he was driving in a rocking chair!
