Hated that screw.. I drilled mine out, and replaced it.

I've had to do that numerous times, however I prefer my dremel or if it's really a tough bitch, I bust out my cutting wheel that is powered by 150psi

I found that using a ratchet with a screwdriver bit worked real well for those screws.. I couldn't get enough torque with a normal screwdriver to break it loose, plus I kept coming real close to stripping the head..

But, for some reason, with the ratchet, i could push down and turn it a whole lot easier... didn't strip any this way, and it was a piece of cake to break loose!

i striped the screws on the second set of secondary when i tryed to clean them never got them out, dont really care, but when i did the TB mod that screw came out just fine but the little e ring was a bitch

Im in the process of doing this mod... I ended up breakin out my good ol' centre punch and taught that screw a lesson!!

But I got a question... that stuff that the screw is holding on, do I need that? from what I can see its not doing anything (or is it?) I figured that Id just remove it while Im plugging the holes for the butterflies that were removed and getting rid of the coolant lines. Does that sound right at all? or should I just put that stuff back on and pretend that it does something?
