stripped bolt

Hi,
Im trying to remove the A/C pulley but one of the bolt head is stripped.

Anyone know what I can do to remove it?

Do you have a Dremel? CUT IT IF YOU DO.....If not use a "plumbers" wrench. (monkey wrench) and just let it bite into the bolt....turn and viola.. Good luck i have used the dremel many times!!!
