Streetported motor not idling.

Ok I have an S4 streetported motor with an S5 N/A manifold with all the emissions stuff removed. Now I'm not sure if it was properly removed or not.
Can someone tell me how I should block everything off the right way.

On the S5 manifold I made an S4 throttlebody fit onto it, maybe thats it's problem.

Any input will help lots thanks.

check all the vac. lines, they shouldn't make it not idle but would be a good idea. If it won't even idle, it probably has a major intake leak or an uplugged sensor would do it too(happened to me).

The only way i can see it causing a problem is if the things you blocked off weren't sealed properly (capped/blockoff plates)

The throttle bodies were the same if i recall correctly, with one extra nipple on the s5's.

By not idling, what do you mean? idles really high, or dies if you don't hold the gas down?

Well it won't run under 2k and when I touch the throttle it seems to bog and then it catches and revs up.

The S4 throttle body is a bit different, I had to grind some aluminum away.

I am trying to run the bare block, so there are no vacum line at all, are there supposed to be any vacum lines at all?

i think there has to be at least a couple lines hooked up; one to the fuel regulator, lower intake mani to upper, and not too sure about what else on a n/a.
