streetported 13b running too cold?
This might be a stupid question but my streetported engine seems to run too cold. Like one notch above the c mark. Has a new thermostat and the stock fans. Ive been told not to worry about it if its not running hot but I still think about it. Is this normal?

Check the temperature with another gauge. Sometimes the stock gauge is wrong. If it's running too cold, then you likely have a bad thermostat.
An engine running too cold will use more gas, won't produce as much power, an will wear faster.

Or you may have a bad coolant temperature sender. I recently dropped in a new motor and I thought it was running cold. But i knew it was warmed up because my RPM's dropped to normal after a few minutes of driving so i knew my thermowax was being warmed up. I changed my coolant temp sender and my gauge read normal again.
