Seriously, it is dependent on other mods to the car. IT is an airflow mod, just like intake/exhaust. ON a completely stock car, you won't notice it much, other than perhaps a rougher idle. ON a car that had all the bolt ons already done (where the bottleneck in flow was the ports) then you'll notice quite a nice gain.
Porting on 6 port engines is worthwhile, but it wont make you a rocketship. You already have a decent idea how a moderately ported NA engine runs, in your SE. For a turbo, the gains are even more.
