what do u guys think my vert will do, its street mild rebuilt ported , but with all the stock stuff back on, its got the header cat back also, 255 fuel pump stck injectors back on, and thats about it . tell me what ya think.rx7fromcal

That was on my NA. '87 Sport to be exact, was in the process of throwing the turbo on it and had started by putting in things that still left the vehicle drivable, and that was one the things I noted simply because a lot of people ask about it. But you are right, they do make it run richer, perhaps on some cars it's worse than others (specifically cars with dirty injectors/etc) My rail pressure changed roughly ~2psi between the two.

hey sonic, well i put the flat head in the afm the thing fires right up, but still has crappy idle, so with having the screw driver in the afm,whats that telling ya??? i have sprayed carb stuff all over and know difference. so tell me what ya think. thanks
