Strange A/F - way too rich in vacc?

Hey,
I installed an Rtek 2.0 recently and noticed that the car is running very, very rich in vaccum. For example, it idles at 11.3 - regardles if the engine is cold or hot.
At 1/3 throttle, the LM-1 reads low 12's or high 11's. Half throttle...in the 11's.

I have checked, and re-checked the TPS. And recalibrated the LM-1. The only thing that I can think that can be causing this is the Water Thermo Sensor. If that sensor went bad, then I think it defaults to its "cold" engine resistance. That way, the ECU thinks the engine is always cold. That may be causing the too rich readings. However, when I pull codes from the Rtek, the water thermo sensor does not pull a code.

The car is an S4 TII, 550/720 injectors, Hybrid T04b turbo, 9.0 comp rotors, streetport.

What else can cause such a rich condition during vaccum?

Check if the FPR vac hose has popped off.

I don't know the Rtek 2.0 features, but doesn’t it have a way to show the intake air sensor voltage?

The RETK2.0 shows the water temperature. It gets that signal.........from the water thermo sensor. Therefore if you can read the water temperature on the RTEK2.0, and the temp goes up from starting a stone cold engine, then the water thermo sensor is connected to the ECU and is working.

RTEK shows both air intake temperatures in degrees so you can see how effective your intercooler is etc.

Too rich in vac? That's why Mazda gave you a variable resistor to turn counterclockwise.

That's also why the RTEK has the ability to either richen up the mixture or lean it out. Go to the minus 2, minus 4 and zero, then remove fuel at the lower rpms.
