stored my rx 2 days ago....

so who all here stores there 7??? i took the necessary measures to store but forgot to put the winterizing gas stuff in my tank... will the gas be ok?? i did completely fill it though...

How long are you storing it? Don't plan on boosting out of the lot with that gas if you don't put stabilizer in.

thanks guys. ill put it in sometime soon. the only thing is that how is it going to mix? im storing it till april and i did use 93 octane.

Mines covered in snow atm.. im going to get it running later this week, drive it around for the last time this year and park it. buyin gone of them car storage things, as per the gas, im just going to jump the fuelpump and drain the tank into some buckets, and put a few gal's of 93 in with a bunch of stabil, loop the line, jump the pump again.. and let her sit

mine sat for a year in the garage while I was doing work ok it with 93 in the tank, ran fine, just filled her up with some new gas, and slowly worked on getting the tank down to get rid of the old gas, you should be just fine

im driving it but im only using 93(instead of 92 station 2 miles down sells 101 hmmm...) all winter and if i can ill take someone elses car.
edit also just finished building a 3 car garage so the 7 gets to stay where its warm

Yep, highest I've seen is 94 in PA, but I wouldn't doubt that there's race gas somewhere.

yup i have 2 88 gtu's sitting in my driveway waiting for their space in the garage one has the motor out and is a project car after being my dd for a few years i decided to restore it and make it go like a bastard and the other is one i just went to missouri to get and i am going through the fuel system,exhaust,and vac hoses right now. i bought that car from "trochoid" on the forum and he is a great guy Thanks scott!!!! <BRIAN>

i know of people that use it for there racecars but id like to know where they get it... dont we need some kind of license???? anyways, someday ill have a nice 3 stall garage with a nice heating system so i can work on it all through the winter instead of it being down 1/2 the summer...... i think if i dump the stabilizer in it should be ok... ill just stay outa boost till i get better/newer gas in thier... i also never seen 94??
